Discovering the Drive Behind Our Story: The Passionate People Who Make it Possible
In 2011, Banh Mi Boys made its debut in Toronto, introducing the city to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The three brothers behind the restaurant, armed with a rich cultural history and deep understanding of their homeland’s flavours, set up shop in a quaint mom-and-pop location on the bustling corner of Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue. It wasn’t long before their mouth-watering creations, including juicy hot meats nestled in crispy baguettes, garnered a cult following. Soon, eager foodies were lining up out the door to sample the delicious offerings of Banh Mi Boys.

Our Food
As demand for our food skyrocketed, it became apparent that our standalone stores could no longer keep up. To address this challenge and maintain our commitment to quality and integrity, we leveraged the brothers' extensive experience in large-scale food production to establish a state-of-the-art commissary kitchen. This in-house facility enables us to continue crafting our delectable dishes with the same unwavering standards our customers have come to expect
